Assistant was knowledgeable and friendly.

The customer assistant (Nathan Smith) was very attentive to our needs (even with the distraction of our two children running around) giving us the time to think but with timely advice allowing us to carefully consider and notably make the right choice which my wife and I are both thrilled about.

Both myself and my wife where very impressed with the overall Dream experience starting with being welcomed by the Dreams staff member Nathan Smith, he took time to listen to what we wanted and made us feel at ease and allowed us to take our time to make sure we got the full Dream experience. At no time did we feel under any pressure to buy from Dreams by Nathan and I would say he went the extra mile to help us get the right products. I would highly recommend any of our family and friends to use Dreams and to fully experience the Dreams quality

We were greeted by Sean and he was friendly and offered us refreshments. He was courteous, knowledgeable throughout our visit. We had planned a visit to other bed stores to compare but after the service from Sean, we put our order in. We didn’t feel under any pressure and he left us alone for time to make decisions and was readily available when we needed him. He showed us all options and we are difficult to please, he never made us feel like we were being hard work! Excellent chap to deal with and we are pleased with our choice.
