The chap that served us was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and ensured that we looked at the beds that would suit us. All staff were excellent and we never felt pushed into making a decision. Will recommend to friends

polite cheerful staff who were informative and happy to answer questions. I was able to take my time looking at beds/mattresses and different types were explained to me. I was able to choose a delivery day and kept informed by text of delivery time. The 2 delivery men were also polite and very efficient they wore shoe covers inside the house Bed was taken upstairs without touching walls or anything so not a scratch or mark anywhere.

The young man(Ryan) was extremely nice. Made us feel very welcome and his knowledge of his products was incredible. Thank you all .

I was served by Sean at the aylesbury branch. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He gave me time to make up my mind, advising me on all aspects of the different mattresses. Wasn't pushy not did he hurry me along at any time. Went through all the paperwork with me and it was very smooth and easy. Nice fella top customer service!

The member of staff I dealt was knowledgable and friendly,listened to my needs and was able to get me a good deal on the bed I needed.

We never shop at Dreams as the staff in wycombe are not great. We were in Aylesbury and popped in, great service and the products we wanted were there.
