Great customer service from Sean in the Aylesbury store. He knew alot about the products and took time with us explaining them and taking on board what we where looking for.

I like to think i rarely find our service matched but i have to say John was right up there i could not have asked for more he understood what i wanted to spend and why and led us to the best products we are delighted with our choices.

Came into the Aylesbury store on Friday last and was met by Chris who was extremely helpful advising me on the various products I had an interest in, I left the store armed with plenty of knowledge and said I would return next day, I couldn't go to the store next day and returned on Monday, Chris was off this day and another assistant helped me to order my products, he was very polite and helpful and I was pleased that he put Chris's name on my order as he had taken the time to go through and advise me on what I wanted. Overall very polite and helpful staff.

The staff were friendly and approachable as well as knowledgeable about the range of products available. They were very helpful and recommended products that were specific to our needs. A great experience and although it was late in the day on a Sunday, they had plenty of time to still make us feel welcome and give us great customer service.
