John - The Manager - was extremely helpful , had a considerate attitude and excellent product knowledge . I am in a wheelchair, John made every effort to accommodate us, even helping me to try out some of the beds . We look forward to getting our new beds. We were very quickly approached by staff member, John Kelly, who was engaging and friendly from the outset. He spent considerable time with us ensuring we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He not only looked after us but our children by entertaining them and getting them and us a drink. It was down to his non pushy and friendly demeanour that we eventually made the order. A very genuine person who uses his friendly nature to get the sale. Worked for us.

The Dreams representative serving made sure he put us first, gave us time to discuss with no pressure. He made a coffee for my wife and I and ensured our 9 and 6 year old were entertained with a tv bed and a hot chocolate. He was courteous and polite and even stayed on late to see out order through to the end

The advisors in store were happy to leave me alone to browse, yet were on hand any time I had a question or wanted advice, they were extremely approachable, and Ryan was especially helpful in helping me to determine the type of Mattress best suited to my needs. The selection on offer was varied, allowing me to make the best choice for me. The store itself was well laid out and there was plenty of additional reference material providing information on the products, which again helped me to make an in formed choice.

Impressed by the layout of the store in Aylesbury even more impressed by a young man named John Kelly who we dealt with my wife and myself He did not try to sell us just any bed, but asked us what we were looking for and asked us what we wanted to pay we felt totally comfortable with him and ended up with the bed we wanted and also a mattress which we are very pleased with. We were told that there would be a 6 week delivery date but we are pleased as the bed will be put together and all rubbish and old mattress taken away R.T.Lane

We entered the store and were greated by Ryan who was realky helpful. He offered us tea and coffee and when we said we wrre just browsing he left us to it. After 15 minutes he came and found us and helped us choose a mattress for the bed we had chosen. He processed our order, talked us through the warranty that we got for our mattress. Our experience in Dreams was great and would recommend Dreams Aylesbury to our friends.
