There was only one member of staff in the shop and there were a few people wanting served ,but he acknowledged everyone and dealt with everyone in a calm and professional manner .

The manager, John Elliott had been extremely helpful to us on an earlier visit and was excellent again this time. He Is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer skills. He created a great rapport with my wife, my son and myself and helped to guide us in our final shortlist choices. His excellent management skills seem to be rubbing off on his staff, based on what we heard of a colleague’s discussion with another customer. Thank you for a very pleasant and productive visit.

The assistant was very helpful and understood exactly what I wanted. He went out of his way to help me make my choice of mattress. I was able to request delivery when it suited me best. And he carried some of my purchase to my car.

When I first came into the shop I only wanted to take a look to make an idea. I was approached by your collegue Sean and he explained me everything so calm and understandable. As I said I only wanted to take a look but for sure I would have not bought anything if he had not helped me. Now I have a properly bed which I was very in need for. Would I recommend Dreams ? You bet I would ! Big like for Sean and Dreams.

John Kelly was great and really helped us to find the right mattress and show us how great the to sound system was! Stayed late to get our order through on the Monday too.

The staff member that served me on my first visit remembered me when I returned on my second visit and was very helpful.

On looking for a new bed for our daughter, John Kelly made every effort to listen to her needs and made her try out a number of different mattresses to double check all options. John was friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

I was really happy with the service at dreams, I was offered a hot chocolate and family it only took a matter of seconds to find the mattress I was look for with the service of your great team.
