Our salesman was Ryan at Aylesbury, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, in fact the mattress he suggested after we had explained what we wanted was actually cheaper than the one we eventually ordered , same make but more springs ! He was in no way a pushy salesman,which is what both myself and my wife like when shopping. He’s a credit to your company

Many years ago we purchased a mattress from Dreams. On its delivery it was dragged on the wet path outside and our stair bannisters were brocken by the delivery tea.We posted three letters to the store and had no reply so we went in and asked to speak to the manager, and were told we could not see him. So I have always said that we would never use this store again. However we were in Aylesbury and we saw the sign 50% of, so my wife said "Lets just go in and have a look" We were so surprised to receive the welcome we got, it was beyond belief. So we ended up getting a new mattress, even though we did not intend to. What great assistents! The only disappointment was that we did not get our 50% discount, however we did a discount, and were well pleased.

The overall customer experience was excellent. Ryan in he Aylesbury Store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy which helped my wife an I come to a decision relatively quickly.

Your sales assistant John kelly was incredbly helpful and attentive. With a great personal approach. Made it much easier to buy from without the heavy sell

On walking into the store I was greeted by a member of staff offering help. I explained what I was looking for and was given clear options of choices as well as information about sale items. As the store was quiet at the time another member of staff also helped with suggestions. I found both staff members to be friendly, knowledgable and helpful. At no time did I feel under pressure to make a purchase other than what was totally in my best interest. This approach worked very well with me. My initial intention that day was not to buy a bed but I left the store having made a purchase with which I am extremely pleased. Thank you

The Customer facing staff seemed very professional helpful. The place was organized and clean and streamlined. We could find something that we liked better if it was slightly cheaper) and could get it down in a reasonable period of time. the products looked well made. Not very happy that we have to pay a premium to get it on a weekend. That's when people are at home so Dreams should offer free delivery and install during weekends.

I got what I wonted and in good time .

We found the whole experience stress free, we were listened to and given advice on what may be best for us. The man who served us was very helpful throughout the whole process of applying for credit.
