I was served by Ryan, who was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Ryan spent time to understand what I was looking for and did not simply try to sell me something. I will visit the store again, due to Ryan’s diligence and customer service.

The staff were all helpfull and friendly with out being pushy the lad that delt with our order Ryan was easy to talk to we had a good experience

We were assisted by Jack Nwosu. He is amazing, and one of Dreams best assets. Do not let this guy leave! His knowledge was fantastic and the service levels were exemplary. Finally, although we spent a considerable amount of money, the process was enjoyable and at no point did he try to sell us something were weren’t 100% about. This guy should be in charge of training your sales staff!

The gentleman who served me was very helpful, friendly and not pushy. He had great product knowledge and understood my needs.

I purchased an off the shelf bed and bedding. Nice and easy .

John was on hand to advise whenever we needed but he was courteous enough to leave us alone when we needed to think and talk. Even making us a drink, there was no pressure selling, just the right amount of interaction. we had no feeling of being rushed.

Sean McCormack at Aylesbury shopping park B908 was one of the nicest most attentive and genuine salespeople I’ve ever encountered. Went above and beyond with time and effort taken to meet our budget and requirements. Can not speak highly enough of him. The other team members we encountered too (Luther?) and the others, looked after the kids while we shopped and were just brilliant throughout. But special praise for Sean. Ryan (the colleague who assisted us) was a fantastic help in selecting the beds to try based on our preference and budget. Then when choosing from the divan bases he helped us by explaining them clearly to us.
