the assistant (john) approached us soon after entering and was knowledgeable on the product we were interested in. Provided refreshment while discussing various types and costs,he then left us for a while to ponder and mull over price versus quality and when we decided dealt with sale efficiently.

The salesman came over to see us straight away and was friendly from the start. He listened to our requirements then went straight to the range we were interest in. coffee was was served whilst we looked and tried the beds out. We have no critism for this salesman at all, he was excellent, and very friendly with it.

Our dreams assistant was Ryan. On arrival, Ryan approached us straight away and asked if he could assist us, we just wanted to look around so Ryan left us to it, but stayed close, asking and answering any questions we had. We explained exactly what we'd like and Ryan straight away took us to exactly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgable about the products he was selling and was extremely friendly and helpful. He then took us to the reception area where he made us a hot drink and preceded to process our order. Our delivery date was only 4 days later, which we were extremely impressed by. Other staff members nearby were also very friendly and helpful, chatting to us throughout, making our experience even more positive! We will definitely be returning!

Sean who helped us was absolutely brilliant- he spent time with us and finding out our needs when choosing our mattress- he also helped us to find our daughters bed and helped us with any questions we had regarding both purchases.

A drizzly freezing cold Monday morning was made bright by our visit to Dreams. The store was light and inviting, well set out with a wonderful display. The assistant, Jack who greeted us, was superb. He listened to our needs, and pleasantly and professionally went through the options with us. He was helpful without being pushy. The financial side of the transaction was carried out efficiently, and an agreeable delivery date confirmed. We hope Jack gets the rewards from Dreams that we think he deserves. Thank you Jack.

We were helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. He encouraged us to ty the mattresses several times, also getting us pillows to use. He knew everything we needed to know and explained the products fully. We were offered refreshments and were not rushed at all. We were very impressed with the service and happy to make a purchase.
