Dreams - Aylesbury

The lad that helped me choose my mattress was so lovely. He answered all my questions and was a great help. He was very friendly and made me feel very welcome from the moment I entered the store.

From arriving at the store I was acknowledged and left to browse. The assistant gave me space to look around and noticed the beds I preferred. At that time he came and spoke and engaged me in relevant conversation- he had a sound knowledge of the products and was very open and honest in his evaluation. He answered my questions with a genuine interest and frankness and listened to my comments and was non pressurising in his answers.He showed me the choices within my budget and the type of beds I said I preferred He accepted I was going to look elsewhere as Dreams was my first port of call. I did leave but came back and purchased the items with ease- I am a very happy person!

We visited this store on a number of occasions and were greeted with enthusiastic and friendly individuals each time. None were overly pushy, offering assistance as it was required and willing to step back to give us the room we needed to evaluate the beds in our own time but always seemingly available whenever we had a question.

The assistant was very helpful and showed us products that suited our requirements without trying to encourage us to buy something more expensive

Only came in for a browse but was given lots of information and advice and felt comfortable in placing the order sooner than planned. Delivery set up was explained fully and I was really pleased I 'popped in' Was served by Sean 13908. Aylesbury branch. Not received bed yet so hard to feedback on quality and delivery service but feel confident.
