Sean really took the time to assess our needs and let me try lots of different beds. He was very patient and pleasant. Once I'd established which mattress suited me, Sean then showed me a range of divan bases and bed frames and highlighted a new bed frame which he was able to offer to me at a discounted price. I was very satisfied with the excellent customer service I received, especially considering it was late afternoon on a Saturday. (We didn't arrive in store until around 5pm).

Brilliant service in store and on the phone .. really friendly staff .. Only thing is I bought a bed last year from you which is rubbish so dis appointed that I've had to pay out yet again ...

Young man serving couldn't have been more helpful

The Assistant Manager was serving me {which I wasn't aware of till later into the sale} approached me within 10 seconds of being in the store, friendly and cheery. Knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions/queries confidently.
