Dreams - Aylesbury

I've been worried to buy a new mattress, so many more choices than when I bought my last in 1996!! Worried about getting it downstairs and taken away. Anyway I bit the bullet, visited Aylesbury, tried a few but didn't know what I needed. Spoke to John salesman, told him my budget, how I slept (while he made coffee for me) he guided me to the perfect mattress, within budget and I'm happy

I did not intend to purchase a bed on our visit but use it as a fact finding mission. The showroom is well stocked and organised. We were greeted by Jack soon after we entered the showroom and he asked us some questions establishing what we we were ideally looking for. Even when we entered the showroom I don't think we really knew! With this information he guided us to a couple of your ranges. We tried a couple of Sleepezee beds as we also liked the divan base and headboard that they were displayed with. Both beds were great but then Jack showed us a Therapur Acti Gel plus bed with 2000 springs. It was just what we were looking for and so comfortable. What did the deal for us was that we could have this mattress with the headboard and divan displayed with the sleepezee bed. Jack did a great job in informing us about the different beds and options. We had tea and biscuits as well! He also managed to persuade us to buy the mattress cover. The whole process was completed in about 40 minutes, completely easy and when we were advised of the delivery date we were both suprised as it was the following week. Days gone by you had to wait for weeks! Jack was a pleasure to deal with.

Sean was really helpful. He understood our needs perfectly and found us the perfect bed frame and mattress that were great value. He explained the different mattress types and bed options thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand.

Very friendly approachable staff, who had good knowledge base. Different styles of bed and mattresses were shown and product description discussed. Staff happy to answer queries and did not feel rushed or pressured to make decision/choice as had experienced else where.

The choice, the guy who served us was very helpful, coffee provided too , very pleasant atmosphere through out store and staff.

All the items we required were in the store, so it was very useful.
