Dreams - Aylesbury

Sales assistant was pleasant, helpful and responded to a joke, this made me feel that he was listening and appeared happy in his job which I think makes the shopping experience far more enjoyable. We were only buying a mattress for our grandson so we were in and out quite quickly.

The person helping us (John) was very helpful. Your store was quiet and he really took the time to show us all the options and knew just when to remove himself from the situation so we could decide what we wanted. We came in with a £400 budget and spent nearly £3000.. he must be doing something right as a sales person!

I have bought from Dreams before and was very satisfied with my purchase and this time was just as good. There is a good variety of items to choose from with good prices. The assistants give good service and are not pushy and if you say you just want to have a look first then they will leave you alone.

John Kelly was excellent from start to finish

My wife and I were served by John the store manager in Aylesbury and we were very impressed with the way he dealt with us. There was no pressure selling just straight forward answers to our questions and we were left alone to look around the store and try the different beds. It was evident that he knew the products inside out and his suggestions probably saved us a lot of time. I am confident that we have chosen the best product for us and this was down, in part, to John’s advice. Thank you John.

John Kelly could not have been more helpful. He got the balance between professional and friendly just right. The coffee and biscuits were a nice personal touch. Overall it was a very enjoyable shopping experience mainly down to the outstanding service John gave. I left the store on a high. Well done!

Staff were friendly and kind, took their time to understand what I wanted and that I wanted time to think and consider other places. Very welcoming offering tea or hot chocolate, as well as many different alternatives and deals to suit my preferences. Buying was easy and fairly quick no problems.

Visited Aylesbury store who did not have the mattress, ordered mattress over the phone for us and we went to the High Wycombe branch to collect, very efficient.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Range of mattress and bedding was exactly what we were looking for.

Visited two time within a few days.. Both time the staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and polite. Listening to our needs and expectations. Having worked in the retail furniture business for many years in the past. It was a pleasure to be served in this way.
