helpful staff

The salesman was very helpful but as mentioned elsewhere he was left on his own in the store with several customers to serve. Despite this which was not his fault we were highly satisfied

The store assistant (Joe Flint) was very attentive, left me to explore when I wanted and provided all the information I needed.

Store well set out, although we didn't take up the offers we were offered refreshments at least twice. Parking by this store is free for 2 hours. Assistance available, so didn't have to wait to be helped.

Good service and delightful friendly assistance

We were in Aylesbury shopping and visited your store, looking for the items we purchased, i also found the assistant more than helpful and informative on every thing we wanted to know, his name was Kevin, who i found out later was only a part timer working for your company. We had a problem with the two items, were we had to take them back to the store after 7 months, Kevin and the store manager were the most helpful in correcting the problem by exchanging these items, giving the upmost support and help. it was so nice to get so much help from your staff and i would recommend this store to anyone after the service i got.

Francesco was very helpful and attentive. He made me feel like a valued customer and that to me was important hence why I purchased from Dreams and didn't go elsewhere . Would give him 10/10 for the excellent service he provided

John store manager is and always has been incredible, and I have bought five beds from John , he’s been the same helpfull, person every time.
