Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to look at things without being bugged by sales man every couple of mins. When required help/information salesman came straight away and answered my questions

It was Ryans first day on the shop floor and he was attentive, knew the products, listened to our requirements and was friendly and professional.

John, the person how served me was very helpful when I asked him questions about the bed I have purchased. he also assisted me with the choice of mattress. Overall, I would be very happy to recommend Dreams and John to anyone I know

Jack was very helpful and explained our options then left us to try out beds without being too pushy. We then felt comfortable approaching him when we wanted further advice. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all about Therapur mattresses as we had not come across them before. We purchased from Dreams because of the choice available and service given by Jack - we were going to purchase from Lucas World of Furniture as we had seen a bed we liked earlier in the day. We then returned later the same day to purchase an ottomon to go with the bed a spent another £200. We are very pleased. Thank you.

Our assistant in store was John Kelly, he was very polite, helpful and made sure we got the bed that was most suited to us. He was very knowledgeable too.

I was approached by a lovely lady who helped me find the mattress I was looking for. She then took me to the sales desk and handed me over to another colleague to complete the sale and carry mattress to my car. I think the guy who served me was the manager. Really pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Even though my purchase was small today by talking to him and my overall experience I will definitely be going back to Dreams in Aylesbury very soon to buy a new bed for my son and one for my husband and I. Really impressed.

The guy we spoke to john kelly obviously knew exactly what products you have and what we would bennefit from. Ive been into other stores i.e harveys and had no help what so ever, this guy knew what type of product we wanted (even though i my other half was a pain) but we got there in the end. Not once did i feel like it was a chore and he was so friendly. Really happy and would be advising anyone else to go here! Thank you so much for your help!

We received attention on entering the store. The colleague was helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us plenty of time to make up our minds as to which mattress we wanted, allowing us to try the two we were interested in over and over.

The assistance was gentle, nice and helpful. We could check all mattresses with no limit of time.
