John the sales person was so helpful from the outset, he listened to our needs for choosing a new mattress and asked us to try one out which he believed would be perfect for us both, it was a good match, he left us there whilst he made me a cuppa tea. We then tried out a couple more but went back to his recommendation. We also needed a second mattress for our second bedroom, again John recommended and we agreed, having tried at a few others. Great sales guy, not pushy at all, knows his job well and understands people's needs, also makes a great cuppa!

The salesperson John in Aylesbury was friendly , knowledgeable but not at all pushy. Let us look around the store. We knew what we were looking for and the assistant did not dissuade us to other productsuntil we asked for opinions.Would like to see a wider range of 4foot small double bed selection. Overall the Aylesbury branch was a more pleasant experience than Slough which we visited a few days earlier.hope this opinion helps

The time that Sean (and Jack) took to make me feel comfortable, welcome and to understand my needs was great. I really felt that they wanted me to be happy with my purchase. They were polite and courteous and not beyond a little light banter. And let's not forget patient when I wanted to go back to a previous sample mattress again! Would not hesitate to recommended the brand and this branch in particular to everyone.

Assistant in store was very helpful and knowledge on products. Wasn't pushy in the least. Definitely recommend dreams to family and friends

Product was easy to find shop and the assistant was friendly

Not only Jack who served me but others in the store were friendly and totally understanding of my budget. Dreams was the last store that I went in to find a new bed and mattress, I wish it was the first and from now on it will be. By the time I got to dreams I was rather stressed from assistants in previous shops showing me items way beyond my budget, there was none of that nonsense at Dreams. I should add that I have a hidden disability and when bombarded with information overload I have to give up, again there was none of that at Dreams. Because of the comfortable environment and friendly staff, I'd bet they didn't even notice anything wrong with me; nice clear communication. I am one very very happy customer - thanks to Jack and staff at Dreams I wish you all the best. I look forward to sleeping in my new bed.
