We were attended to by Jack. He understood what we wanted and was able to clearly show us products that would suit our needs. He also knew his products well and was very patient in demonstrating them as well as explaining about them.

Very knowledgeable sales person. Helped us with the mattress selection and also pillow selection. Nothing was too much trouble !

We were immediately greeted in a very friendly manner, but not at all pushy, by John. He took the time to introduce us to the colour coding system used for mattresses and then listened to our wishes before immediately being able to take us to a couple of options to try. He offered us refreshments and left us for enough time to be able to make a considered decision about our purchase. He explained the 40 night guarantee putting us at ease about buying a mattress that we may then exchange if we found it not comfortable after all. All highly satisfactory - thank you John.

We met JK over the course of 2 days in your Aylesbury Retail Park store, who was polite, humourous, friendly, knowledgeable and was a natural with the customer. On our 2nd visit, he greeted us with words that referenced our previous visit, showing a personal interest in the customer. We also met another very friendly colleague over the 2 visits, who's name escapes me, sorry! We were offered hot drinks on both visits. While ordering, both JK & his colleague were friendly, chatting easily about current events & explained the ethos & values of Dreams as a company, which would definitely encourage us to return & to recommend it to others. They clearly believe it is a good company to work for, which translates very positively to us as customers.

The assistant welcomed us on arrival and offered a drink, he certainly was attentive to my needs and got a good workout doing so (up and down stairs lots). Despite the system images he assured me that I was purchasing what I wanted and not what was displayed (cabin bed required, bunk bed displayed).

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, this includes the team of staff on the day in the store not just Sean who we were served by. My boyfriend and I spent a long time in the store and we never felt rushed or pushed into buying anything. We were offered refreshments, which was a particularly nice element of our customer service experience. Sean was excellent, he helped us from the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out, very attentive.

The assistant Jack was very understanding . He did not push us at all . He made us coffee . He did not push for higher priced goods but fully understood our needs our budget and the type of mattress we needed for back issues . A very pleasant man .

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable they provided many price options and comfort ratings to consider, the staff gave time for us to review our purchase so ensure we made the right decision.
