John Kelly assisted us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the beds/mattresses and allowed us plenty of time to discuss and choose the product we wanted. He was also excellent when finalizing the deal/payment/delivery etc

The assistant JOHN was polite ,helpful and explained different types of firmness on the mattresses and we tried different ones to find the one we liked. We were very pleased with the time and patience john spent with us.

We were extremely satisfied. We were made to feel at home. Even offered a hot drink. We stayed for nearly 2 hours asking questions and got 100% attention. Such a friendly happy team

I had previously visited another store and not been impressed by the sales person's knowledge. When visiting the Aylesbury store I explained that I was overwhelmed by the choice and John, the Manager, spent a great deal of time explaining the different mattresses though also gave me time to myself to try out various ones and was always on hand if I had a question - the perfect balance. I did not feel pressurized and felt that I was getting the best possible advice.

We took my mum aged 94 to look for a bed and the assistant John Kelly was very helpful not only understanding what kind of bed and mattress but also her concerns over the overall height for her to get in and out with ease.

The assistant was very good. Welcoming, clear explanation of the different mattresses available and description of products. Gave us adequate time to look at the various items and made reasonable checks to make sure we were OK. Actual order process quick and easy thanks again to the assistant who obviously was very good at her job. Refreshing change to usual shopping problems

We explained our mattress requirments to Kim, a very helpful assistant who then showed us which ones to try. There was no rush, we could take as long as we wanted. A very helpful and pleasant experience.

Very helpful staff member. Explained all mattresses and made recommendations. Made me a lovely coffee. Gave me plenty of time to try mattresses and make choice.
