Excellent service from start to finish. John store manager gave us all the information we required and gave us space and time to make a decision. he even went to the trouble of finding a pillow similar to one I use at home. Great coffee served on a tray with biscuits.

2 gentlemen helped us immediately we entered the store John , the first gentleman approached us and then introduced us to Jack who then continued helping us. They both had great knowledge of the goods in store and were highly efficient in a very courteous manner. The order was taken efficiently without any hurrying, we are 69 and were treated with respect and courtesy. These gentlemen should be highly recommended and they certainly make Dreams a very good experience.

Brilliant customer service, we were in and out in less than an hour and we only went in for a browse! Very glad we returned to this store. John Kelly, the store member who helped us was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

customer assistant was knowledgeable, managed our expectations with regard to delivery time. Kept us aware of time to administer finance arrangement providing refreshments.

We were served on both visits by a young man called Pravesh at the Aylesbury branch who neither pressured us or tried to sell us the most expensive items. He was very helpful and understood what we were looking for. We were thanked for returning as we had indicated. The whole experience was easy and we are looking forward to our new bed.

Very good sales service. Appreciated the honesty of Jack who suggested that one sofa bed we looked at probably wasn't good enough for what I was looking for and didn't give the 'hard sell' at our first visit.
