The amount of time John spent on answering my questions, guiding me away from products that I didn't really need and leaving me alone to think about things when I needed to. Over 3 visits I had a lot of questions and worries and John dealt with these patiently and with good humour. I felt his product knowledge was excellent as was his understanding of what people go through when they choose such an important product.

I had previously tried to order a bed from Bensons for beds which ended in a full refund and a me being disgruntled . I then visited Dreams and found the whole process more customer focused. Not only did the assistant goo through the different types of bed but also he analysed my answers to show me suitable beds. The assistant was thorough and attentive, he also tried he best to ensure I received a good deal.
