Excellent service with durable products

The salesman who we were dealing with (can’t remember his name) but he was extremely understanding and knowledgeable regarding our back pain and spent a great deal of time understanding our needs whilst our two kids were running around the store.

We were shown everything we wanted to see and we didn’t feel awkward trying out the beds. Sean was quick and attentive to our needs and wishes.

We visited the Aylesbury branch and were greeted by Sean. He was helpful, friendly but not pushy at all. We walked around the store and he gave us time but also suggested how he could help us. We made our decision, on our own. If Sean had have been with a customer we would have waited for him to serve us. He was the most friendly, gentle, knowledgeable member of staff. When I told him we needed a bed ASAP due to my son needing spinal surgery, he remembered and as we left the store, he wished my son well. My husband and I came out of the store saying what a lovely, kind and caring man Sean is. I hope Dreams appreciate his commitment to his job and recognise this. Thank you to Sean. Greeted by Francesco as we entered but we were not put under any pressure. His knowledge was amazing and customer care as perfection. He answered our questions with confidence and was so helpful in understanding our needs.

Myself and partner arrived after 19:00pm to browse mattresses, not intending to buy. We were quickly greeted by Sean (whom we had previously met when buying another mattress for our home - which he remembered). Sean took us through the process of assessing mattresses suitable for our needs, despite the time moving on and the store approaching closing time, Sean took the time to listen to our every concern and consider mattresses that were suited to the both of us, and our growing baby bump! We are incredibly indecisive and conscious not to overspend, Sean worked hard to ensure we left the store with a mattress fit for our requirements at a price range that we set. The store closed and Sean continued to work with us to complete the order, only a system error prevented him from doing so. Sean quickly contacted his manager by mobile to rectify the issue so that we did not leave the store empty handed. Sean - thank you for your time, patience and customer service! A real pleasant experience for us and we’ll be sure to return for other items!

Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It made the purchase of the double bed unit extremely easy. I would have no hesitation in using Dreams again for any further purchases. I would recommend Dreams to anyone wanting to purchase a bed, etc.

Very professional. Manger John was very helpfull. I was busting to shop around with plans to buy beds may be in few weeks but not on the day. With The interaction with John and the products that he brought on the table for discussion haloed me to decide and buy the beds on the day. John is in deed very friendly and professional and was able to understand and advise me on my requirements with in a short time of our interactions.
