Friendliness of staff. Amble samples. Staff members product knowledge. There was no attempt to push us above our budget though we did spend a tiny bit more than we intended, our call.

Kim the sales assistant was friendly and answered all our questions but was not pushy and gave us a cup of coffee and time/space to think about our purchase. Also extra things like taking the old mattress away makes the experience better.

We had looked at mattresses online and visited our local store in Aylesbury to see and try the product . The layout of the beds and matresses was very clear and made the visit very easy. We were given lots of help and served coffee while we sampled various different types and were not hassled to make a decision. The srore manager served us and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
