We purchased our last mattress from you eight years ago and there was no indication on the mattress about it's comfort rating-something that would be very useful now that it needs replacing. Your assistant was very helpful and could tell us all the information we needed to know about that eight year old mattress and then advise us about the specification and options for our replacement mattress.Without his knowledge and assistance it would have been very difficult to decide what we needed.

I think the thought of buying a mattress would be a nightmare as there are so many to choose, but the sails assistant made it easy narrowing it down to price and quality.
