Anthony was absolutely spot on. He didn't bug me, answered all my random questions & knew exactly what stock was available, helping me to save money by purchasing a return. An absolute joy to have met him :-)

I was impressed by the salesperson. He was knowlegable, helpful and I felt he 'went the extra mile' to ensure that I got just what I was looking for.

Kim was brilliant with helping us to find what we wanted and also in ensuring we had the best available to us, we struggled on the prices of the things we wanted and had to subsidise for lesser items in order to keep costs as low as possible, Kim did a really good job with assisting us, and we walked away satisfied that the customer service was 2nd to none but were disappointed in the cost of the goods in the fact that it was very expensive.

Very knowledgable staff that was able to take on board our requirements and offer advice as what would be best suited to our needs and budget. Very efficient and supportive with range of options fully discussed. Good colour code scheme in store so we could go to the mattress range we wanted. Each type of mattress with all the associated benefits as well as drawbacks discussed by staff member so we were clear where to look based on sleeping position and preference.

John was highly energetic and friendly. Gave great advice and offered us an alternative product for better value.

Staff were very helpful especially since we were buying a child's bed and had both our young children with us. Nothing was a problem and they were very patient and provided all the information we needed. All our questions were answered and we felt really pleased with our purchase experience.

We are getting married in December and were purchasing a mattress as a wedding present to ourselves. Our sales representative, John Elliot was knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. Would recommend the Aylesbury store.
