I have been to Dreams in Aylesbury 3 times now and on all 3 occasions the staff have been very helpful, polite and professional. I member of staff that helped me on the 1st visit was Doug but i never purchased anything on that visit. On this occassion John served me and had great product knowledge. Baby friendly staff and store.

Kim made every effort to ensure we were making the correct decision for us and our needs. She even made it a fun experience for us!

Very helpful and no pressure sales

Our sales person Doug gave us wonderful assistance and left us alone to make our final decision. At no time did he pressure us, but at the same time he was there if we needed anything.
