We went later in the evening so it was quiter as we have a little girl and she can happily run around. John Kelly surved us and he was great, he was lovely with our daughter and he knew just when to assist and when to give us a minute to discuss. He knew exactly what we wanted even if we didn't quite know yet and left very satisfied with the service and the product

I was very satisfied with my visit to Dreams today. The service I received from Doug was excellent I appreciated the fact that I was given the space to think about the purchase before committing myself.

The assistant was friendly and helpful. He was able to check the details of our previous purchase to ensure that we were able to purchase a similar quality product again. He was also willing to check with a colleague to ensure that we were shown the correct item.

The customer Service from the consultant was exceptional. Sean was attentive to our every need and had great product knowlege of matresses.

Doug was a pleasure throughout the entire experience offering us useful information at the beginning to help us begin to browse, regularly checking in on us and guiding our shopping experience all the way until the sale at the end

Prompt service and great choice of mattresses

Anthony at Aylesbury was particularly helpful in understanding my needs having had similar health issues and surgery himself; he was most considerate and reassuring.

My wife and I received assistance from Kimberley Naomi - who's absolutely fantastic. Kimberley was the main reason we did not walk back to Bensons to browse further and compare prices. Her pleasant nature and energy made us purchase a new bed, mattress, cover and pillows that day. We were in store for hours and she was extremely patient with us and our three year old daughter.
