Exceptional knowledge about the product which he communicated well to several members of my family (both younger and older). He was friendly amd engaging, while knowing just when to walk away and leave us to decisions. This is a man who clearly loves his job, and that was reflected in the quality of service provided. We shall definitely return next time we need something for the bedroom.
