Dreams - Aylesbury

Our salesman, Doug, was very helpful on the two occassions that we visited the store. He was in no way pushy and was very friendly and approachable. It was for this reason that we visited the store a second time to make our purchase. He listened to exactly what we wanted and provided exactly that and more.

Having previously visiting another store, after a bit of research myself and my partner decided to visit the flagship store in Aylesbury, and we are so pleased that we did! We were greeted by a friendly face who wasn't pushy (unlike the other store). After about 5-10 mins of browsing we were approached by John. He offered us help when we wanted it and completed it with a cup of tea and some juice and biscuits for our daughter :). Then followed by a balloon! At no point during this visit were we made to feel badgered or harassed, otherwise we would have taken our custom elsewhere today! The store had all the products we wanted to view and all the staff were very friendly and chatty!

Kim who served us was amazing. We had chosen the bed and wanted a mattress that wasn't too expensive. She showed us one and then a cheaper alternative. She didn't push us and was so friendly. She even made my 80 year old mother a cup of tea. Great service - will definitely buy our next bed from you and in particular the Aylesbury store.

From the time we walked into to store we were welcomed and as we looked around for the furniture we wanted the sales representative was very knowledgeable and assisted us every step of the way. We never felt pressured at any time to make a decision, even to final signature of our order.

We were offered help but we were not pressured - we were given advice but left to decide for ourselves. We were not rushed and generally it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Kim approached us soon after we entered the store and was very helpful. She did have to deal with other customers too, perhaps a few more sales staff would be a good idea?
