John was very friendly, approachable and assisted us well with our purchase. He helped me choose the correct mattress and advised me regarding the bed size and colour. The transaction was very smooth and although I felt that we were going over our budget by adding in the chosen mattress and care plan, I was assured by his knowledge and information provided and highly satisfied with the care plan that if anything was to happen to bed that it was a repair or replace policy. I was pleased that the delivery date was early as well. Thank you John for making our experience so easy!

The assistant MR John Kelly was very polite from the minute I entered the store. My wife went in the previous week and it was MR Kelly who dealt with her. He remembered her so it was straight forward as to what we where shopping for. polite, knowledgeable, chatty and smart, all the attributes I like in a good sales assistant. A credit to DREAMS. Got our last bed from Dreams 10 years ago I'm sure it was the same saleman Anthony he was so knowledgable about the beds but never rushed me into a decision let me make my own mind up had plenty of time to choose very friendly good at his job

The store was clean. Doug, the sales person was very helpful and efficient. He was friendly and answered all of our questions. Considering he was on his own (didn't seem to be any other member of staff about), he did a great job.

Extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable member of staff (Douglas) who made us feel like we were able to spend as long as we wanted deciding in store. Never felt rushed or uncomfortable
