I was highly satisfied with the service and help when I needed it. I was left to brows around in my own time and didn’t feel pressured into making a decision to quickly. When I was ready I was well looked after and everything was explained clearly.

I was looked after, listened to and heard. What I requested was what was administered to me. The salesperson had great knowledge, very attentive and helpful.

Helpful friendly staff member who met my requirements. I needed a single bed on the day and he was able to provide at an excellent price and a quality mattress and bed stead.

We received a lovely welcome and offered a bottle of water and a coffee, (lovely touch). We were not hassled at all which can be very off putting, but had everything explained upon arrival as to where the products were that we came to look at, and then left alone until we needed some assistant. The whole experience at Dreams was a very enjoyable and stress free visit. The staff were amazing and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

Sean was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. He contacted us to tell us when the item we wanted to buy was available to order again, which meant that we were able to buy what we wanted in the end rather than having to settle for an alternative.

Fran helped us all the way through our journey of buying our bed and was really helpful. Product knowledge was great and left us alone at times to talk our opinions through.

John the Deputy Manager was really knowledgeable and helpful. He made choosing and ordering a suitable bed really easy.

From the time we stepped into the store we were welcomed by the store manager..everything was explained clearly to us. We were offered refreshments given our bed experience..then Fran the assistant took over. From here we tried out the mattresses. Excellent well impressed..so was my husband!
