The gentleman assisting me and my partner, John was extremely helpful and had great product knowledge.

I really didn't know what was best for me and it was so nice to be listened to and have help in choosing the right product.

Once we mastered the colour coding system described eloquently by the assistant - excellent idea actually, we felt confident to select the right bed / mattress combination. The assistant was especially knowledgeable and helpful. The entire buying process was a pleasure. I guess it helped that we were not in the shop on a Saturday, there were only a few customers during the hour or so we spent in the shop on Friday.

The shop assistant was informative and gave me space to try out the beds and to think without being pushy. She was able to explain clearly and simply the different types of mattresses and gave me tips for what to look out for and thinking that were useful and helped me in my decision making.

From the moment we walked in staff came to ask if we needed help. Offered experience and knowledge. Doug the man who closed the deal on our new mattress at the Aylsebury store was friendly and very helpful offering his experience on the products to the maxium and exceeded our expectations. He understood what we was looking for and for that reason we purchased a comfortable bed and pillows! Great job Doug!

John Elliott is a huge asset for Dreams. His knowledge is very vast and he has lots of patient. He made it for us.

I found the sales guy John very helpful very easy to talk to, which made the experience of buying a new mattress easy, I always use Dreams for my beds and mattresses.

I was assisted by John Kelly initially who helped me select the mattress and he was very friendly, helpful and very informative about all of the mattresses I looked at, he also provided a pillow for me to use when trying out the mattresses, and I ended up buying the pillow aswell, so a very good service. When I came back to purchase the mattress a bit later that day, John Kelly was busy with another customer, so his manager John Elliott finalised the purchase. He too was very friendly, helpful and very informative. A really great experience and they made the purchasing experience very pleasant indeed. I did also go to Benson Beds (next door) but they had a smaller range, less mattresses in the price range I was looking for so I decided to order from Dreams - thank you very much for a really good experience and I will definitely be recommending you to all of my friends and family.
