The staff were very helpful and friendly. They did not appear 'pushy' (unlike competitors). The product knowledge was second to none and a genuine desire to please and give good customer satisfaction was evident throughout.

We were looking for a bed very quick due to an unseen problem.kim dealt with us and was very friendly helpfull without being to pushy that we have experienced in your shop in the past and has put us off visiting you. Not only did you respond but the bed came in 4 days and was of good quality.Since our order we have spent more money in your store and was treated the same way.thankyou for your help.

Sean was wonderful and very helpful. Not rushing us at all and even fetching me a glass of water as I had just had surgery and not 100%. His knowledge was fantastic and gave us ideas about things we had not considered. We are very happy and looking forward to receiving our bed next week. Just hoping the mattress doesn't smell too much as the reviews state.

We were greeted by Doug in a friendly manner, offered tea and coffee and the colour coding of the beds explained to us in a clear manner. We were then left with time to browse at our leisure with the opportunity to ask questions. We were also provided with the same pillows as what we have at home so that we could get a true likeness when trying the beds. The staff were all very pleasant and took time to talk to our 2year old

Served by John at Aylesbury. Very friendly. Discounted the bed and headboard ( although this is expected anyway) no delivery vehicle and he arranged for a local delivery company to deliver to my house. Bed needed urgently due to breakage. Over and above to help and rang me to check everything was OK.

Sales person was not pushy and offered to give best price he can do without me asking for it.

I found the guy who survey us .Sean very helpful in that he explained fully and allowed a lot of time in us deciding which bed was for my back problem .It was very interesting as we also learnt alot about how many types of matresses there are and all the difference firmnesses.he was very friendly and helped us choose the best matress which was suited to my specific problem ..I am very satisfied .never had such good customer service and attention before
