Dreams - Aylesbury

With 3 kids in tow I wasn't sure how easy it would be for my wife and me to spend the right amount of time picking the correct mattress for us. However, upon arrival Dreams staff (John Kelly) had all 3 children watching TV on one of the beds with a built in telly! Made the visit remarkably easy and stress free. Good choice and handy information given.

I was approached by Anthony as soon as I walked in and after discussing my sleep pattern etc he had found a bed suitable for me. He wasn't forceful and made me feel extremely welcome. I haven't had service like that in long time!

The assistant pointed us in the right direction but did not hover. He then knew his stock and his delivery times.

Assistant approached me as I came into the store to offer help but didn't feel I was being 'pounced on'. I knew which product I wanted to buy as I had researched the website. This impressed the member of staff. He was pleasant and friendly. He offered to sell me bedding but I didn't need any and he didn't pressure me. Overall a pleasant experience and business concluded swiftly. Will go back to Dreams Aylesbury again.

We were assisted by a friendly ( but not pushy ) knowledgable young man. His name was Doug. He did not make us feel rushed, but rather, gave us all the time we needed,and, all the information we wanted ( and needed) to enable us to make an informed and highly satisfactory buying decision. We have done all our bedding and bed purchases at Dreams in Aylesbury, ever since they had the shop on the corner of stocklake and park street. Doug, and all his predecesser's are the reason that we are recidivists and keep returning to re-offend by purchasing at Dreams.

John was very helpful and personable. He spent time trying different mattresses to help me find what I wanted and went out of his way to find options that I hadn't considered, including pillows. I never felt rushed or pressured and he left us to look around when we needed to. He knew all the answers and had a great product knowledge, including of past products which I had purchased. Very good experience all round

The salesman Doug 908 was so polite, friendly and knew what he was talking about, he even got me tea and biscuits !
