The staff at Dreams Aylesbury are all very friendly, efficient and helpful which made selecting a new mattress very simple and straight forward.

Michelle was helpful and friendly, showed me all the products I needed and offered assistance where necessary

The Sales Person had a welcoming personality , provided information and advice allowed us to make our own decisions and disscussed with us on the said purchase was not 'pushy' during the sale and provided tea and biccies well done michelle my kind of sales person

There was a mattress that was incorrectly labelled, but after I queried it, the agent explained the situation and informed me of the proper details.

We have stepped in the door and the friendly staff (Sean) has guided through us the different mattresses. He explained the differences and we could test them all. He was focusing on our notion until we found what we have looked for. Payment was easy and quick and we have also received some discount. Delivery + disposal all within a week. Looking forward for the upcoming quality sleep. Well done Dreams.

There wasn't the duvet I wanted on show but the guy helping me went and found what I wanted

The visit was late. We only intended to have a quick look. We advised the assistant of the type of bed we were looking for. He showed us a range of options and gave us tea and biscuits while we were left alone to decide. The assistant stay on past closing time to help us. We did make a purchase because of his help.

Lady assistant Michelle most helpful and friendly,nothing too much trouble.
