I came into the shop and was greeted by John who was very friendly. He asked what I was looking for and I explained to him my situation. He took the time to observe how I was laying on the beds and explain the different mattresses & pillows. He did not try to sell me the most expensive one but what was best for me and my needs. He gave me time on my own to try the beds again beofre I made my decission. He was very understanding and seemed to enjoy what he did.

I was given plenty of time to choose the bed I wanted ,A nice cup of tea,friendly and seemed to know all about the beds and brought pillows to simulate my sleeping positions.He left me to go back to different beds.I was not hounded to make a quick choice,returned and asked if I had any other questions. Great survice.

A warm welcome with the offer of tea/coffee. A clear explanation of the colour coding and the make-up of the different types of mattress. The colleague, Doug, was very helpful, courteous and patient.

The assistant Doug was really friendly. The process was more complicated than I first thought, but he was able to simplify it again. He was not pushy and gave me lots of space. He really tried to find what was going to fulfil my needs. The shop colour coding system was helpful to find a comfortable bed for me.

I'm not what you might call a social butterfly and they didn't seem to judge me one bit so I felt immediately at ease and would definitely return in the future.

The overall service from the member of staff who dealt with us (John Kelly) was superb. He made the whole choosing and purchase experience easy to understand and fun!
