Friendly staff and good advice on matress

Doug was very helpful

We have visited Doug twice and purchased on the second visit. He is very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect bed and mattress that we are both very happy with! Doug managed to answer all of our questions with ease and recommended extra items which we also purchased. We were assisted to as soon as we walked into the shop on both occasions, he made us a drink and did not feel under pressure like we have in other stores. All round excellent service! We have already recommended Dreams and Doug to friends! A****

Salesman was very helpful but also not pushy, so we were able to ask questions and then spend our time looking around. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn that all the items we looked at were available with very short delivery timescales.

Doug was brilliant - had all information needed but gave me space to make my decision. Another store assistant kept my 2 children entertained with one of the tv beds downstairs (although now they want one!) Excellent service from the minute I walked in the door.

As we entered the store John Kelly approached us to see if we needed any help. My husband said that we were just looking. He kindly told us the coding of the different beds. We browsed and he came up to help us. We tied various mattresses, he then asked us about the bases, went through the colours. After this was sorted he asked us about drawers etc. I pointed out that I liked the pull up one and asked was it heavy. I was told how to open the base and then we made our decision. When this was decided we were shown the headboards we were interested in.

We were greeted in a friendly professional manner. The sales person spent time understanding what we were looking for and directed us to the products deemed suitable for us without having to wander aimlessly around. We were allowed as much time as we needed to try the product (mattress) without pressure so we could decide in our own time. We also needed pillows and again there was no pressure to decide on anything and again allowed to try the pillows to ensure they were right for us. The order process was quick and simple. The mattress was delivered on the agreed date and a call was made to confirm the time window. The delivery team were quick and friendly.

Choice and assistance given great, all good. Regarding the survey cannot say how good the quality of the items is and they have not yet been received and used, hence neutral mark given for this. Edgar

The salesman, called Sean was very helpful. He was not an aggressive salesman. He listened to everything we said and was very polite. It was very refreshing to meet such a nice chap and we even got a recommendation for our holidays! Sean was a good communicator and gave us the space and time to talk without any pressure. He knew about all the products and therefore we were able to make an informed choice.
