Highly satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness of Douglas the Salesman and providing us with coffee while we deciding on the purchase of the Mattress. He gave us space while we were trying out the Mattresses but was always on hand with a great knowledge of the products.

From looking at mattress to delivery the service was very good. Gentleman at store was very kind and helpful gave us all the information we needed we were having a look and he kept checking and iforming us about the product. The salesman, Anthony, was extremely knowledgeable and explained the differences between the mattresses and their manufacture. Once he'd explained everything to us, and the layout of the store; he made us a cup of coffee, and left us to ourselves to test the mattresses and make our own decision. Once we had made our decision, he answered further questions to our satisfaction and explained the delivery and disposal process. Anthony was not pushy in any way, and it was a pleasant experience. As soon as I walked into the store the staff were friendly and welcoming. Once we had a look round a gentlemen approached us and asked us some questions regarding what we were looking for and he was very knowledgeable and helped us efficiently. Everything was clearly explained to us and we were not rushed or pressurized into any part of our purchase.
