John was so helpful.

With the help of your assistant we were easily able to find the divan bed we were looking for at the right price

Doug was extremely helpful, but not pushy. He listened to our needs and pointed us towards exactly what we asked for. He also makes a lovely cup of tea! We came out of the shop feeling extremely satisfied that we had made the perfect purchase.

We were looking to purchase a bed for our guest room and were shown exactly the bed ar the right price.

I was greeted on arrival by Doug and offered assistance, given a full explanation of the beds and then left to try. I was even offered a tea or coffee, fantastic! Doug checked back frequently if I was doing ok and gave me lots of helpful pointers on choice and purchase. He then offered to move mattresses around to give me the correct mattress on a solid base, as the one I preferred was on a sprung base. My husband then arrived and was again offered a drink. Once we had made our choice the order was completed in good time and explained well. Also the added bonus of being able to put our old mattress in a large green bag and have it taken away for £40 when the new one is delivered is great, and pleased to hear they are recycled as mch as possible. Great choice of beds, reasonably priced for quality, and excellent customer service. My only downside is I've got to wait 6 weeks as the mattress we chose is made to order (pleased to say it's British made!) but that's a small price to pay for hopefully a great night's sleep. Hopefully our choice was the right one, but at least I know I can return and upgrade to another mattress within 40 days if it isn't!

From the moment we walked in to when we walked out we were attended to and left alone when needed my husband is disabled and they took that into account

Assistant wasn't pushy but very helpful and friendly.

We were greeted on arrival by a very friendly and helpful lady called Michelle. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the products and took time to help us make a decision without being pushy.

Anthony was sooooooo polite.
