Quick response by Douglas in greeting us. He was quick to identify our requirements and processed our order in a polite and efficient manner.

Excellent service from sales assistant, got the exact balance right between friendliness and professionalism and sold a product with out the hard sell.

The advisor who attended to me was very friendly and well knowledged in the products in store. This helped me to choose from your range and to differentiate between the products - l had not realised this before. It was nice of him to offer me a cup of tea and biscuits. You don't see that often in stores. Thank you for your help.

I purchased a small double bed in the Aylesbury branch of Dreams on 19/05/15. I was welcomed into the store by all members of staff. I do not like to be pestered when browsing for an item, and the member of staff who served me was Anthony. He asked me if I needed help and then left me to wander and when I was ready for advice on my purchase he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Nothing was too much trouble and I will definitely be returning to the store in another month or so to purchase a double bed for my spare room. I would definitely recommend Dreams to my family and friends as the overall customer service was excellent.

Very efficient process from ordering to delivery to after sales who were exceptionally helpful

The store was very well arranged. the layout was a little confusing but this was quickly explained to us by the Store Assistant, Douglas. He explained all the beds and various mattresses and how they can be "mixed and matched".

There were plenty of assistants to attend to customers and they were all courteous and friendly. The assistant who dealt with me on both visits was called Anthony and he was extremely helpful without being intrusive and once he had given us information he allowed my husband and I the space and time we needed to make our choices. We were offered refreshments while we were choosing. Anthony's knowledge of the products seemed very good.
