Shaun the shop assistant was very helpful and friendly. He spent time with us and knew any answer to any question we had. He invited us to use the sleepmatch machine as we has no idea on what were wanted to buy. And the process of buying one didn't even take that long. All round great experience.

Iv been in twice, first time just to have a quick look about and second time to bring my other half back with me for us both to choose the bed we wanted. Both times I was dealt by a lovely and Patient man called Sean. He talked us through all kinds of beds and helped us choose a mattress that would benefit both our needs. Offered us hot drinks and water several times. Was such a relaxing experience. Didn’t feel pushed on time or anything. 100% recommend. Thank you Sean for your time and help.

Prashat (in the Aylesbury store) did a wonderful job in looking after us. He was professional, fast, knowledgeable and took extra care finding out our needs. I’d go as far as say, it was our best experience buying anything of that value.
