Just wished we could have the bed delivered earlier, John and Abdul were such great help and did the absolute best job they could to help us. Just disappointed we have to wait so long for the bed and sofa bed we have now ordered. Just wish there was a warehouse or something in London that had them already stocked.

John your Aylesbury store manager was manning the phone and he was excellent he talked me through the types of bed asked me relevant questions and explained all about the beds I was interested in. He gave me details of another bed which only varied in the pattern on the headboard and was available sooner than the bed I enquired about. I was buying the bed as a present for my son and John gave me his store phone number so I could speak with my son and ring him back. This saved me having to go through and give all my details again. John was engaged when I rang but the phone was engaged John contacted me five minutes later. The bed was ordered John advised me the date of delivery but that the bed could be stored if needed as we are waiting for the tenet in the flat to vacate the premises.John was knowledgeable and totally professional .

I had to order via phone, I had looked at Beds and Mattreses on Line, on speaking to the agent he was very helpful ,very obliging ,I needed the bed within 5days, he confirmed which beds could be delivered within the time scale. I went ahead with my order, which was delivered as requested, I received a phone call stating the time it would be delivered and it was, by two very helpful polite young men. I am very pleased with the way I and my order was dealt with, I will recommend Dreams. A pleasant experience. Mrs V Lamb

The gentleman John the Branch Manager on call, was really helpful, he made suggestions of products to consider, explained his reasoning and showed a considerable knowledge in his field.

I placed my order over the phone because I was having problems with the website and was assisted by John who was very friendly, he made placing the order very easy and was just an overall joy to speak to.

I looked for the items online and then placed the order over the phone. The advisor was very informative and he didn't rush me in making my decision. I did call him back and left a message, he got back to me the same day. He stayed on the line with me while I waited for the email and he talked me through the pricing
