Dreams - Aylesbury

Prashant welcomed us into the store and explained very clearly how we could choose a new mattress whilst staying safe. He showed us the mattress fitting technology which we used and we felt safe and comfortable throughout. He was very friendly and professional, and managed to offer us very acceptable prices.

Popped in to Aylesbury Dreams knowing we wanted a new bed. Was met by Fran who was very helpful, set us up on the dreams machine and showed us our options, of course the most expensive one was the top. He let us look and try what ever we wanted and helped others too, so we had sometime to look and talk amoungst ourselves. He told us about the discount off a frame if we brought matress. after deciding what we wanted we were way over budget and he informed us of the interest free. Fran made us up a quote for all we required which we took away to have a think. We came back about an hour later and made our purchase. Even though we spent more than we originally thought the whole experince left us feeling that we made the decision. Fran was very helpful and not pushy to sell us something. Over all it was a great experince and cant wait till the 7th Nov for delivery. Thanks

The salesman that dealt with us guided me to the right area of the showroom after initially finding out what we were looking for, gave good advice and then left us to browse and try the beds out. After about 10 mins he came back and dealt with my further questions, went and got a tape measure to ensure I was happy with the depth of the mattress and then dealt efficiently with the sale. He then carried the mattress to the car and we went home very satisfied with the advice, speed of service and friendliness of the staff!
