Someone came over to us as soon as we entered the store. And talked us through all our options and listened too what we wanted and worked around that. Very friendly positive staff who new what they were doing. I also loved the bed mattress simulator machine thing we did. All with hygiene in mind. We were even offered a bottle of water.

We had an idea of what we wanted, but John recommended we tried the machine to find the right mattress and then let us try some out. He was very knowledgeable and took note of what we liked and didn't about the ones we tried, and then suggested ones that fitted our needs. He wasn't pushy or rushing us and left us to take our time. The store was very clean and he explained how they were dealing with social distancing and how mattresses and pillows were being treated and cleaned

The man that helped us took his time and understood what we wanted. He made sure we were happy and took us to every area of the store that would help our needs.
