Customer service excellent, knowledgeable staff and prompt attention. Not pressured by staff member, given adequate time consider options.

Felt Welcomed from the start. The assistant made himself presence without smothering us and the Covid protocol made us feel safer. The kids were welcomed and nothing was too much trouble in regards to asking questions and general time spent on making our mind up. Overall the experience was really pleasurable, considering it was our first time out shopping as a family!! I must point out our Assistant John Kelly was very good across the whole process.

John was extremely helpful and did the extra to make my 86 year old mother feel important and valued. He listened to her needs and did his upmost to make sure that she got the bed that would give her a good nights sleep.
