Pretty much as soon as we entered the store we were greeted by a member of your team, Stuart. He was very friendly, offered us a drink and asked what we were looking for. He took into account all our requirements and showed us the various mattresses which fitted our criteria - answering all our questions as we came to our decision. He was impartial and not pushy in the slightest - made purchasing a new mattress for our daughter a pleasant and stress free experience.
