Compared to a previous visit to your High Wycombe branch(Loudwater), the advisor was much more knowledgable and engaging with us all. He gave us time to think through our decision also. Compared to the Wycombe experience, where we felt under pressure to make a decision. John in your Aylesbury branch was the opposite. He talked us through the options, showed us the benefits of each product then allowed us time alone to think and said to reach out to him if needed. John was a real credit to the branch and as you can tell, we really rated him for the experience. He went the extra mile to keep our little boy entertained when sat down to discuss the sale as well. Make sure he gets the recognition.

Fran in store very helpful. He suggested we use in store bed monitor to help us decide correct mattress for us. Refreshments offered. Overall a very positive shopping experience.
