Fran in store very helpful. He suggested we use in store bed monitor to help us decide correct mattress for us. Refreshments offered. Overall a very positive shopping experience.

I was very impressed with the breadth of Stuart's knowledge of bed frames, and in particular, the mattresses - I could not believe he had only been with the company for a mere three weeks! Stuart was professional and friendly throughout the sales process. From the point of entering the store, Stuart made himself readily available for assistant and even offered my mum and I drinks upon arrival! I was particularly impressed with the social distancing measures in place, and felt comfortable trying the mattresses having witnessed the sanitisation of the products available to try. Stuart guided me towards an impressive piece of technology - the 'Sleepmatch', and allowed me to try a number of mattresses (as a result of the 'Sleepmatch'). At no point did I feel 'pushed' towards the higher price range of products. Instead, Stuart listened attentively to my initial thoughts of each mattress, was very patient as I 'umm-ed and ahh-ed' between two particular mattresses. Despite these unprecedented times, and strict social distancing measures, at no point during the sales process did I feel disadvantaged. I'd like to thank the Aylesbury store, in particular, Stuart, for all his help!

Upon entry into the store in Aylesbury, John Kelly approached us and asked us,(sister and myself) if he could help in anyway after showing us the sterilization station and offer bottles of water too. Sister being in a wheelchair, John was very accommodating in showing her the bed she was inquiring about. Went to the 'sleep station'.. I too went into the store to inquire about purchasing a new mattress. After John finished with my sisters purchase i then had his attention in showing me and letting me try out several mattresses, all care showed using the stores Covid guidelines. Didn't matter how many i tried, John had full patience with me and great knowledge in answering any questions i had. John also offered us a cup of tea also using the covid guidelines. well impressed with the whole experience.
