the covid measures were very good sanitising stations around as well as being offered tea, coffee or water.

The first time we visited we were greeted and served by John. He was super friendly throughout and answered any questions we had with ease, he was highly knowledgeable and experienced. He also made us feel very safe with all the procedure's in place for covid. We didn't feel at all rushed, and he took the time to help us find the correct mattress and bed for us!

The gentleman looking after us was Fran, he was very thorough in understanding what we wanted in our new bed and matteress. We went on the matteress test machine and showed us to the best suited matteresses. He Was friendly and knowledgeable.
