As before the staff are always very helpful and courteous. Nothing is too much trouble.

The staff were lovely. We had Sean assist us, he was amazing from the start to finish. We were offered refreshments, in dept chats with products and offers. Suggested the mattress test so my partner and I could find a mattress to suit the both of us. The manager John we got to meet on our second visit who was also very kind and helpful to us and also his colleague. Social measures, anti-bac and protection screens were all provided.

John was extremely helpful. I visited the store a week ago and was given lots of time and patience to work through my needs. I went away and thought about the next steps and returned a week later. I spoke to John again who devoted the same amount of time to my needs which resulted in a purchase that I am happy with.
