John was extremely helpful. I visited the store a week ago and was given lots of time and patience to work through my needs. I went away and thought about the next steps and returned a week later. I spoke to John again who devoted the same amount of time to my needs which resulted in a purchase that I am happy with.

Greeted on entry, clear guidance, Fran was friendly and attentive but not irritating, drinks offered, clear respect for social distance and cleanliness eg cleaning keyboard and mouse. Manager entertained our price discussion and whilst still more than we were looking to pay we still left feeling happy with the the sale and not like we had been pressure sold. Mattress knowledge was excellent. Free parking offered. Well done Dreams.
