The manager of the Aylesbury store was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Knowing that after i disclosed back problems, one of the mattresses i liked he said wouldn't be good for me as it was dipping as i tested it. The best mattress i ended up purchasing and cannot wait for it to be delivered.
